A STINKING, LOUSY HALF POUND!!!
And then I'm NORMAL...   

(yeah, I know, that's not possible)

I'm 169 >>> ONE LITTLE POUND FROM GOAL...
ONE LITTLE POUND FROM A NORMAL BMI
I have now lost 214 lbs from my highest weight of 383.

I am in awe of what I have accomplished...  and I'm proud to say that!

171, down 212, 3 from goal weight (NORMAL BMI)

Down to 173.5. only 5.5 left to a NORMAL BMI!!!

Down to 175.5.  7.5 lbs from my target of 168.  I really thought that I might have gained weight over the holiday, but I actually lost some.

I'm now one pound under my playing weight in High School Football...

Some of the best times of my life were spent on the field in High School and now I actually weigh less than my playing weight for the four years that I played for my High School Varsity Team.

COOOOOOOOOL!!!!

I have OFFICIALLY LOST 200 LBS AS OF TODAY!


There's no way I could have done it without all of the support that I've gotten from all of my friends.
