"Dr. Facundus is great. He is very knowledgable and will answer all questions. I would highly recommend him as a physician. He is professional with a friendly staff. He does stress aftercare and if you're in his area it's done at the BWI located in the same building. They are great there, too. Overall I rate him a 10 as a physician. The only thing I didn't like about the office staff is I was not told about out of pocket cost until 3 days before my preop visit when it would be due. I do feel they should have informed me of this much sooner. Otherwise they were great."
