Back to the Gym and weight loss

So today I went back to the gym for the first time and I gotta say I enjoyed it. I didn't lift because I have another week or so before I can lift but I did walk on the treadmill for a half hour and did 1.5 miles. I weighed myself after the gym so this way I have a bench mark for my weight loss now that I will be active and as of today I am down 56 lbs. Not to bad for just over a month. Buyers remorse is gone for sure!
