Day 7 from my sur date and finally starting to feel good. Ate my first cup of blended chicken soup. Little tired today because yesterday i did alot around the house. Today i am relaxing. just finished my protein shake with was made up of 1 scoop choc protein powder, 1/2 banana, scoop of greek yogurt and skim milk. yum yum. will go to Dr in 1 wk for my first weight in. I am soooooo nervous about that. I know it will take time!!! don't GIVE UP!!!! you can do it.
