Weighed today.318 down94 lbs sence May 13. I had a aahaa moment when I set down in a chair with arms and didnt have to squeeze into  it. Yea for me.Thearpy is helping my legs, but is painful. I guess no pain no gain  Was hoping to make it 100 lbs befor Christmas but I will have to do better than I have been doing   Merry Christmas all.
