Happy New Year!!

It's going to be a great year!

Well, I made it - 1 year ago today I was banded!!!!!  I have lost 138 pounds in 12 months!!  I really cannot believe it!!!
I went in to see Dr.Smith today and he gave me a .5 fill.  I waited around a little while because I felt a little tight.  They took out .1 cc and now it feels perfect!! I am so excited about the future.  I cant wait to see what is in store!  I have only 126 more days until I go on my cruise to Mexico!!  The last time I went 2 years ago, I weighed 417 pounds.  What a difference!

It's almost my 1 year bandiversary!!I can't believe I have lost 136 lbs so far!  I can't wait to see what the next year brings!!!

I woke up last night and my stomach was gurgling.  I knew what that meant!  I had to go in today to get 1/2 of what was put in on saturday taken out.  I feel much better!!

I have lost 133lbs so far!!  I can't believe that it has been 11 months since I had lap band surgery.  I wish I would have done it YEARS ago.  I am so excited that I have come this far.  I still have a ways to go, but I am well over half way there!!  I look back at the pictures I posted at the beginning of this journey, and I don't even recognize myself.  It's amazing to me that I am actually doing this!!
(I had another fill last Saturday - It was a good one!  The doctor added 1/2 cc)

 Whoo Hoo!  I made it out of the 300's!! I am now down to 299!!!  This was one of my goals, and I made it!!  I cant believe I ever made it to the 200's!!
I love my band!!!

Oh my it's been a long month!!
I started out last month getting a fill, then getting a stomach virus and having a 1cc unfill.  Two weeks after getting the unfill I went in to get a fill.  The doctor could only get 0.2 cc in.  Two weeks after that I went back again (last saturday) for another fill.  I was trying to get back to where I was before the unfill.  The doctor could only get in 0.1cc - barely enough to say he put anything in!  But it worked!  The doctor said my pouch was a little enlarged and I needed to really watch my portion size.  Well, after I had the unfill, I ate a WHOLE turkey wrap from arbys!  I know that is when I over did it! 
Now I am back on track.  I have lost 3 pounds since saturday!  I have offically lost 110 lbs!!
I am not scheduled to go back until the end of april.  Dang, this year is going by fast - my 1 year anniversary is coming up fast!!

I have finally made it past the 100 mark!!  I have lost 105 pounds so far!!  Today I had to go in to get 1cc taken out.  I had gone in for a fill last saturday and everything was going great - until I got a stomach virus!!  Then I got way to tight!!  I feel so much better now that I got an unfill.  I go back in 2 weeks to get another fill!!
I love my band!!

Well, I really cant believe I have lost 91 lbs.  I also cant wait to be able to say I have offically hit the "100" mark!!
Everything is going so good.  I have an appointment on Jan. 31 to get a fill, but I am not sure If I will even need one.  I will wait and see.  Tomorrow night is our support group meeting here in Stephenville.  I hope it is a good one!

78 pounds gone forever!!  Whoo hoo!!
I got the best compliment a couple of days ago.  I ran into an old friend, and she wasn't sure it was me!  I was so excited.  I look in the mirror and see the same old me.  I guess it will take awhile before I realize I am doing this!!!

Also, My Mom is doing GREAT!!  She came through her surgery just fine, and is now back home!!
