I'm still hopeful

Yes I have a lot to work on. I've been taking baby steps to getting back on track. I have increased my water I'm challenging myself to do atleast 64 oz. I have started back taking the stairs at work. The warm weather makes me want to be outside so I'm motivated to walk during my lunch break. I been challenge to do the 30 day shred again whoa now that's a challenge. I want to do it and hope I can get started soon. I know what it takes and I'm not sure if I can handle it. I really desire thus do I will continue to set goals and challenges for myself.
