Well its been a wonderful experience with my band. I have now lost a total of 128 pounds. I have went from 298 pbs to 170 and have never felt better in my life..It is so strange to walk into a store to buy clothes and not have to go to the plus sizes. I am wearing 8's and 10's. My BMI chart still says that I am overweight but I beleive that I have made it to my goal. I am so happy where I am.Now its time to start looking into getting rid of some of this extra skin..
Love this band!
