Starting the new Year off right!

Well I am really disappointed in myself. I have managed to put on a few pounds that I am not happy about. I have also managed to give up my bad habit of smoking so its like I have traded one old sticking habit for another one which is grazing and eating more than I should..I am making myself a promise to get this weight off. I went and got a fill this morning. First fill I have had in a long time..I am really excited about starting my new year off right...I can do this!!
