This cold is not stopping me!

I'm happy to report I had my final pre-op visit today and they are still going forward with surgery on Monday.  I've been worried it would be postponed and I would completely understand if they did - I want them to play it safe.  The good news is they aren't worried about the cold since I don't have a fever and its not in my chest - woo hoo!  I was able to 11.1 pounds which is awesome since I was only on their food for 1 week and they normally require 2 weeks with a 10 pound loss.  They were definitely happy with the results now I just have to focus on hydrating and resting to get over this cold.  I'm a little worried about the sick days I'm using up since I stayed out of work for 3 days this week and I'll be out at least 5 days next week.  The last I looked I only had 104 hours of sick time available - man I'm burning through that quickly. 

I am going to admit that I am having pizza with the family tonight.  We are getting my step-sons for overnight tonight (which isn't our normal night) so I am indulging this one last time.  I don't feel guilty at all since I'll be right back on product tomorrow.  I also picked up all my liquid product for next week - that'll be fun!  It won't be long though before I'm chewing again.
