Welll today was an ok day I had eaten something too fast and it was stuck for a while and I had to call on my Almighty to help me once again...Tha's why I cant give up on GOD cause I always seem to need him somehow so I haved decided with my life to just keep him 1# anyway forever cause he's my healer in everything anyways...But other than my little episode of dumping and food being stuck I have still been doing great.Went to DR. on Thursday and he said I was doing fine and told me to put Vitamin E on scar to bring back skin color.I also found out that my weight is now 221 four pounds less than last week, it has been 19 days since surgery and I have lost a total of 24lbs in all. Have another appointment in 2 weeks will keep my OH family updated on all of my accomplishments in our journey. Thanks and I love you all.
