Hi to all of my OH friends and family ,well i know that I have not been on in a while, but no i have not foirgot bout you all i still love yalll .Well I went to DR. on june 3, 2010 and i weighed in at 216 and I wuz doin fine my DR. said I can go back to regular food on that day , but it dnt seem to agree wit me rite now.Over all I am fine not havin any kind of major problems at all.I feel Blessed for my surgery but sometimes I feel like I cant eat nothin not even the food my DR. say I can eat, so I get a little frustrated sometimes buty its something that will soon pass over. I trust GOD enough to know he can do everything but fail.I am in my spiritual relm wit GOD he is tryin to start a new thing in my life an I have open my arms and recieve it cause I trust in ONLY him...God I love you.But I have not weighed myself since DR. appoinment.My next appoinment is August 2, 2010.I will wegh in then but I am down from a size 20 to a 14 and is greatful for that. Thank you LORD , I just wanted to update my status with all of my OH friends I will talk to you guys later an hope that you enjoy. May GOD BLESS you all.
