I am running into the shower before church but I just wanted to check in and send best wishes to all of my OH "Buddies." Your words of advice and encouragement really make this journey a complete  joy! Even on a "down" day I stop into "Bariatric Buddies"  and get the lift I need from your fun stories and blogs.

How do you like the new pic? I LOVE it! For once I look like the me I see in my head, if that makes any sense. I will find out what I weigh on Tuesday, but my clothes are definitely LOOSE! So either way I am happy enough to consider starting up my "Walking" videos again to keep this weightloss going and rev up my energy.

Well I better jump in that shower!
