Well I am 8 months out today and I have lost 99lbs!!!!! I feel great but the wt loss has really slowed and I am impatient to reach goal!!! It will come with time. This still remains the best thing I have ever done for myself and I should have done it years ago.I have so much more energy than I have had in years! I can go up and down the stairs at work without difficulty and I couldn't/wouldn't even try to go up or down them before.
I have friends now that are headed down the path to wt loss surgery and I am soooo excited for them to start the trip that will change their lives forever.
