Hi buddy!!!! Good luck to you. If I can do it you can do it. Please click on my name and read about a really BIG guy. I am now down 145 lbs in 4 mos. WE GUYS LOSE FASTER THAN THE WOMEN!!!!!! I am just saying this because my wife also had wls and I am ahead of her. But then, I had a lot more to lose!!
