EASTER TEMPTATIONS!

 WELL THIS WEEKEND WAS A ROUGH ONE FOR ME! I DID GOOD ON SATURDAY AND THE WEEK PRIOR TO THAT, BUT WHEN EASTER SUNDAY ROLLED AROUND.......IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I WENT TO CHURCH AND THEN OVER TO MY FRIEND'S HOUSE FOR DINNER, LET ME TELL YOU WHY IT WAS A NIGHTMARE...HERE WAS THE MENU: MACARONI AND CHEESE, BABY BACK RIBS, HONEY BAKED HAM, SMOKED TURKEY, GREENS, GARLIC CHICKEN, WINE, STRAWBERRY LEMONADE, SALAD, CORN BREAD MUFFINS, ROASTED RED POTATOES, SOCK-IT-TO -ME CAKE, LEMON CAKE, CHOCOLATE CAKE, GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE, BANANA PUDDING, VANILLA ICE CREAM, BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM, PECAN PRALINE ICE CREAM....ETC....ALL HOMEMADE. IT WAS KILLER. I TRIED SO HARD TO STICK TO THE PROTEIN BUT THIS SISTA CAN NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WALK AWAY FROM MAC AND CHEESE! SO I ATE THE MEAT FIRST OF COURSE, THEN HAD ABOUT TWO SPOONS OF MAC. BUT I ALSO HAD SOME BANANA PUDDING AND HAWAIIAN PUNCH. ALTHOUGH THAT WAS MY ONLY MEAL OF THE DAY, I FEEL LIKE  OVERDID IT. I DIDN'T GET SICK OR ANYTHING. BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT, IT WAS GOOD! SO I AM NOW BACK ON TRACK, WE ALL SLIP UP. I AM STILL DETERMINED TO BE AT THE 100 LB MARK BY MAY 1ST. I HOPE I MAKE IT. I HAVE BEEN UPPING MY WATER INTAKE AND TRYING TO INCREASE MY PROTEIN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN DOING SAND WALKING AND GOING TO THE GYM MORE. I AM ALSO DOING AN 8MILE WALK ON THE 24TH AND A THREE MILE WALK ON THE 17TH. SO WISH ME LUCK. I HAD A MOMENT OF WEAKNESS, BUT WHO DOESN'T. ITS NOT ABOUT WHEN YOU FALL, ITS ABOUT PICKING YOURSELF BACK UP.....I'M UP ! I'M UP!
