I'M SO SAD!!!!!

well OH family, i am sad! i stepped on the scale and it read that i had gained six pounds! i was devastated! this is the first time that i had gained weight since the surgery. i hadn't even stalled out as of yet! i was so disappointed that i stayed in my bed depressed last weekend. i even went to rite aid and got a thrifty's ice cream cone ( pecan praline) to drown my sorrows in. i know, pathetic. i will say that five days after i stepped on the scale my menstrual cycle started so i am hoping that the reason for the gain was due to my cycle. i am going to weigh myself next Friday and hope that i have lost what i gained. in the meantime i have been upping my protein by going back to the shakes and upping my water. i feel so disappointed. i feel like my tool is broken.......
