Best wishes for an uncomplicated surgery, a fast healing & steady weight loss. Don't let the doubts(gremlins) make you crazy. Just keep telling them you know what you're doing.

Tina - I wish you the best on your surgery. I had my surgery a little over 60 days ago and I have lost 50lbs! I found that am surprised that this surgery is both easier and harder than I had anticipated. Some days a good, some a tough, but the good DEFINITELY outweigh the bad! I was nervous before the surgery but the day OF my surgery I was very peaceful. Have faith in God and your surgeon and keep us posted on your progress! Email me if you have any questions that I can help you with. Oh, and definitely try to get a private room, that was the best thing that I did!

Good evening, Tina. I am sending peaceful & tranquil thoughts your way as you prepare for you upcoming surgery. Please, don't worry. The surgery is easy, trust me, I am a big coward and I have no regrets and no complications from 12/3 LAP RNY. This will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself. Take good care of yourself and keep us updated as to your progress.
