HI TINA,I WAS READING YOUR PROFILE AND IT SOUNDED ALOT LIKE MINE.IT'S BEEN A YR SINCE MY SURGERY AND I'VE LOST 140 POUNDS SO FAR. I WAS 346 WHEN I STARTED.I WAS IN VERTY SIMULAR SHAPE YOU WERE, SHORT WINDED,HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE,BACK AND KNEE PAIN.NOT ABLE TO DO MY OWN SHOPPING.NOW I CAN DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE KNEE SURGERY.I STILL HAVE THE BACK PAIN BUT AM HOPING IF I KEEP LOOSING MAYBE I WON'T HAVE TO HAVE BACK SURGERY.I HAVE 2 HERNIATED DISK IN MY BACK BECAUSE OF THE YEARS OF OVER WEIGHT.I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. I THANK GOD AND MY DR EVERYDAY FOR THIS SURGERY.IT HAS SAVED MY LIFE.IT WAS SUCH A GREAT FEELING TO JUST EAT A LITTLE BIT YESTERDAY AND FEEL SO GOOD ABOUT MYSELF.THE REST OF MY FAMILY WAS MERSIBLE FEELING OVER STUFFED.I DON'T AND CAN'T DO THAT ANY,MORE THANK GOD.I EVEN HAD A BIG PIECE OF COCONUT CREAN PIE.I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH. I DID A BUNCH OF WALKING AFTERWARDS BUT IT WAS WORTH IT.LOL CONGRADULATION ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. She is much too modest to post this about herself so, I did it instead! <u>She has lost 129 pounds in 10 months!</u> <b> Could you take a moment to congratulate this wonderful woman who has been an angel to so many people!?</b>It was an emotional milestone for her and I know it would mean more if some of our AMOS family could give her a few well deserved compliments!
