6 Weeks, 5 Days Progress

I am so thankful that I had VSG!  My weight is coming off, BMI is coming down, and I exercise 5 days a week.  I am now able to get at least 90-100 ozs of fluids, 90 grams of protein, and keeping carbs below 40 (usually less than 30).  I journal everything I eat, and that has become my new "normal."  I know I am doing the easy part now, but I am trying to work the plan so I will get the weight off early in the journey.  Then the hard part begins.  Maintenance has always alluded me.  I will make it work this time with the new mindset that this is a lifestyle change.
