Dear Juliet...it won't be long now! Godspeed with your surgery. I pray all will go perfectly well and that your recovery will be swift and complete. Hint: bring a little battery operated fan to the hospital. They keep the rooms overly warm and the morphine makes people sweat bullets. You have one of the CUTEST babies I've ever seen (see pix below), and hubby is sure a looker, too! Lucky girl! Love and hugs, Joy

Juliet~ No you are not a freak, or else I AM a freak right along with you. I also search for clues as to why "other" people may not have survived this surgery. Yes, I pick up on previous co-morbids that I do not have and that also gives me the assurance that I have a "better" chance at surviving this surgery. I sure hope we are right. It makes sense doesn't it? Maybe it's my way (or our way) of justifying this "elective" surgery - to set our minds at ease. Best wishes to you.
