So I'm trying to get my protein in, but this is hard! I'm starting to lose my hair. I eat cheese, chicken, power peanut butter, you name it... but never make it past 40ish. I can't eat that much!!! I mean, don't get me wrong... I can put down a good 5-6 oz, but not enough for all of that.There's only one protein shake I like, and to drink it every day is like eating a Thanksgiving meal! AURGH. I'm so irritated with myself. I've GOT to find a way to get this protein in!
