Had a long week at work and thought it never end.......finially did and my weekend is here....209 now and happy about that. I might make it in the 180's by the end of summer????? Time will tell. 
                          298-209= Total Loss of 89 pounds
     I am now 7 months out from surgery....Surgery was  Nov.3rd,2006

 

Funny title I know but I feel like dancing like the little happy feet guy from the movie.  212 today.

I am doing well and happy. I have learned that the closer to goal you get it seems the weight takes a little bit more time to come off but it still is coming off so that is all I hope for......... I pray and hope that everyone is doing well and if your reading this that your success is blessed and you have God in your heart. 

We all need the blessings from above and just remember that no matter if we do our part He is still in control.

Hello from Dixie and wishing you a Happy Memorial Day. I am down to 215 and working on my goal. Slowly but surely it is still coming off. Lots of fruit this weekend and tomorrow. We will be grilling out Monday since I am off and will enjoy a good old hamburger. Take care everyone.    298-215= 83 lbs gone....Thank you Lord!

Well, my update is about the same this week. It seems that when I don't take my proteen drinks that I don't continue to lose and guess what??? I didn't do them for a few days the last few week so it shows.. Oh well, I am back on them and I will losse some later this week I know. 
I will do better.... I just get in a hurry and don't have time to fix them before I go to work. No ones fault but mine.

Life is good when all goes well.  I am down to 217. Loving every minute of it too. My husband and I talked and when I get down to 198lbs. I will get to go on a shopping spree......YEA........Maybe by the end of summer I will get their?  Hope to be in a size 16 maybe? I think it has been around 20 years since I was in a 16...WOW it is not that far away now. Thank you Lord.   298-217= 81 lbs  gone !!!

Wow, here it is May and I am almost 6 months out. I will be May 3rd. I am down to 223 and happy as can be.  I am looking forward to being in the 100's soon..... hopefully by the end of summer?  Have to wait and see. Lord, continue to help me out with this and I will do my part.

Well the last few days have been up and down's as far as my weight. It is hard to put it in detail but it seems like I loose one day and the next I have a lot of water gain. I am down to 227 and some days 226. Guess my body doesn't really know what it wants. haha

I have dropped down to 229.5 finially I am in the 220's now....I am heading for onederland.....just give me a few more months and I plan to be there by the middle of summer or before.

Wt.Loss has been really slow lately. I am down to 233 but still trying hard to drop more. Pics included of me now.
