Today was my first behaviour mod class. It's so nice to know that other people have the same hopes and fears that I do!I am not scared of surgery...I am scared of failing yet again! I know initially the weight will come off BUT what if I can't break old habits , what if I go thru all this and gain the weight back again. This is what terrifies me!
