10 days post OMG! Almost dumped last night

Okay, it was my fault.  When drinking juices that have more sugar then the bottle sayd, dilute, dilute, dilute...... I'm fine but I'll just pay MORE attention to what the ingredients of the juices and food that I eat from now on.  I good day today, pain is leaving and the new me is on the peeping over the horizons.
