Well I have past my goal that Dr. Mailapur set for me and almost at the goal I set for myself.  I am so proud of me. I am doing this for me and me  only....

Well I'm at 127.8 I'm doing pretty good. If I can just keep it off.  Love all my obesity friends.

  well it's been way to long since I've been on here. I need support.  I am still within my weight goal but have started going back to my old eating habits, HELP.  If any of you have ideas please email e.

 Well it's been a long time since I have been on here so will try and get back on track with everyone. Just had my 3 year check up and still on track 135 am very happy. Lost all my weight within the first year after my surgery and have kept it off. I know there are a lot of you that have just had your surgery and are saying to yourself was it worth it and I am here to tell you YES IT IS.

  Hi to all my Obesity online friends, just wanted to stop by today and let you all know I am doing great.  Haven't been on in quite some time and thought I would stop by and let you know I am at almost 2 years out and doing wonderful, reached my weight goal after just one year from date of surgery and have kept it off.  I range between 125 and 130 not and am so proud of myself.  I would suggest this to anyone that needs to loose weight and just can't seem to do it on their own.  Now don't get me wrong, this is not a quick fix as all of you that have had the surgery know but it is a very important tool to help you reach and maintain your goal.  Well got to run, will try and get back on more often hope to hear from some of my friends.  We are a great bunch of folks...

Well I wanted to let everyone know I am doing great, my weight is where it needs to be, I am at 129 and in a size 4, I can't beleive it, I feel so much better, I never thought I could look like this at my age, I'm not young.  I am so thankful that I had this surgery, I couldn't beleive after loosing the weight, I have looked back at some of my pictures of before and that is a different person that I never want to be again.  I feel and look so much better, my main reason for loosing weight was to geel better and live longer, the looking better is a plus in my book.  Anyone thinking of having this surgery, DONT THINK TWICE JUST DO IT.  It is worth it.

Just wanted to say hi to all my online friends and let you know what is going on with me.  I went to get a new pair of pants, got two pair, one a size 6 and one a size 4, I look great in them and am so proud of myself.

Need help... can't remember how much sugar we are to have per day and how many grams of protine, can some one help me out.  on the sugar I think we are to have only natural sugar, no added sugar....

   Just wanted to let everyone know I am feeling great about myself since I have lost so much weight and I love the way I look, haven't looked like this in over 30 years,  I am 53 years old and feel like a teenager again.  I would tell anyone that is over weight to have this surgery, now for someone that just wants to look good but for anyone who wants to feel better in health and over all better in all area's of their life, the looking better in smaller cloths and things like that is just "icing on the cake" so to speak....  GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WITH THEIR WEIGHT LOSS.......
