Long Time

 Well it's been a long time since I have been on here so will try and get back on track with everyone. Just had my 3 year check up and still on track 135 am very happy. Lost all my weight within the first year after my surgery and have kept it off. I know there are a lot of you that have just had your surgery and are saying to yourself was it worth it and I am here to tell you YES IT IS.
