7 Months Out

    It sure has been a long time since I posted. A lot has happened in 7 months. Today I had my 6 months follow up... 7 months out.... had some stresses in my life recently.... but.... I have lost 95.3 pounds in 7 months! Not too shabby. Especially since I had a month plateau about a month ago!

I set a goal of 100 in 6 months and I am 95.3 in 7 months and 1 week so I think I came really really close! I would like to have 150 gone by Feb. 18th  .... my one year mark is Feb 11th. 

Blah! twice now I have accidentally erased what I wrote so that must be a sign!

I am evidentally not supposed to share that I feel blah and trying to talk myself into excitement even with the achievement..... I feel like I should be happier....
