I just wanted to pop in and say WAY TO GO to my girlie Wendy D!!!! She has lost 85 lbs since her Lap RNY in April!!! <p> Wendy... You are doing a great job and your excercise regement is great!!! Keep it up!!!! <P> I did some quick math and as of today The Colorado Springs Crew...(Wendy and I) have lost 108 lbs!!! Granted my contribution of only 23 lbs isn't much but we are on the right track!!!! <p> Best wishes to all no matter where you are on this journey!! Smiles, Susan

Thanks, Wendy, for that clarification. I understand completely now. I think I'm going to print it out and paste it to my wall. I, too, will be looking at the ends of my hairs for the bulb. Thanks, again!

I just wanted to take a momment and thank Wendy D for being just a wonderful angel!!! Her support was pricless!!! She is a very special lady whom I am so greatful to call a friend. <p>Thanks Wendy.... U DA BOMB Girlie!!!!

Wendy you are such an inspiration! You and I are have practically the same preop weight, build and coloring. I am only 6 days postop and if I can look like you in just 3 months - I will just have to pinch myself! Congratulations!

Can I just say WOW!!!!!!!!! Everyone go take a look at Wendy's 3 Month post-op pictures!!! It is hard to visualize weight loss without a photo. This picture speaks VOLUMES!!!! <P> ......Wendy way to go girlie!! You might need to wear a name tag so I know it's you when you come to see me at the hospital. This is your one DARN PROUD ANGEL!!!! Hello to all and happy Wed!! I just wanted to update all of you on Wendy D's progress. She has lost 73 lbs in three months!!!! Talk about great!!! I am so happy for her. Lets all give her a BIG WHOO HOOO and pat on the back!!! <p>For those of you who don't know, I had the pleasure of being her Angel and now she is doing me the honor of being mine. I know she will be watching out for me and that really means a lot. This is a special lady and I am so glad to have her in my corner. <P> Wendy keep up the great work...Protein, Water, Excercise...you know the deal!!! Congratulations on your success Wendy! We share the same surgery date, and the same amount of weight loss! Way to go Wendy! Keep up the great work! What kind of foods are you eating? Are you having trouble with food? I'm still struggling with food, I know I don't eat nearly enough, and I struggle with water too. Living in Arizona I need to drink even more water to stay hydrated, I swear I need one of those hats with water bottles attached to it and a tube down to my mouth...LOL Wouldn't that be a site! Congrats again Wendy. I think April 23rd was a great day! :-)
