Hi Wendy, I am not sure about the banana... but at 11 weeks out I still cant eat chicken... only in broth or with some kind of liquid, like in soup.. dont get discouraged... try again in a week things change quickly at this point... :)

I read your post, and you said you have problems with drinking water. What I do is take a spoon of peanut butter and eat it. Guess what? LOL I drink from choking. I have been doing this for almost the whole time of my wls. As of today I have loss 96 lbs and am on track. WLS was on 12/6/02. hugs

Hi Wendy! Glad to see you're doing so well. I had the same male nurse, Jay, who drove me crazy. I finally had to ask for a different nurse cause he just wasn't very friendly and not helpful at all. Keep up the good work! Happy Losing!

It won't be long for you now. I can not promise that this is an easy thing, But I can tell you. It is worth it. My life has changed so much since my WLS on June 20th, 2001. I am down 130 pounds. I feel 20 years younger and my husband Ed and I can do so many things together now. I no longer sit and watch on the side lines. I am again a part of my family. That is what makes it worth it, the discovery of life again. Good Luck to you. Heal fast the world is waiting on the new and improved you.
