Due to the insurance company making an error stating it was not a covered procedure I was denied the first time I applied for bariatric surgery. My soon to be exwife recently applied, and had surgery so of coarse I resubmitted my information and was approved the very next day. I was originally scheduled for Dec 28th, but then my surgeon rescheduled his vacation so I was moved up to Dec 16th
