hey all, i went to the docs today and i am doing well. I am so excited, 
i have lost 34.5 Lbs since my surgery!!! YYAAYYY!!!!
i was so worried, that i was off track. Although he did tell me I need to start walking more....so tomorrow my ass is off to the gym. whelp, ttl guys, have a wonderful week.

hey all good news.... I am sooo excited!!! 
i was stuck with my weight for a lil bit, but i lost a whopping 6Lbs in 2 days...WWWOOHHHOOOWWWW
. I started at the gym just yesterday, im hoping to get better and better though.. God has truly been watching over me and taking care of me so far, i havent got sick 
...knock..knock... I've been able to keep everything down that I eat. I'm following everything by the book...well except the daily protein amount that I'm supposed to have...I try but it's hard. 
Whelp folks I just wanted to share mah good news, ttl I'll keep yah posted. Peace and God Bless you all!!!

Hey everyone, thought I'd update mah profile. I am doing great so far, still trying to see what if feels like to be full. I've never really liked the feeling of being full, so I am being very precautious. I have to admit, I have been bad not getting in all my protein, but I am getting back on track now. I am in my week 3 so I can eat like eggs, tofu, fish, beans, and pureed sh*t.yuck So far I have lost about 20lbs, i think that is good being that its barely the beginning of week 3...well I hope anyways. Welp mah friends, I will update yah more later. TTL everyone, take care...and as always, Peace and God Bless.

ok yall, here we go again. i got a new surgery date for February 16th. Wish me luck, and please say a prayer for me. I wanna be a loose too.

Ok, here we go again... my surgery is coming so quickly, (Jan 22nd) and I am getting very NERVOUS.
I just hope it doesnt get cancelled again. My previous surgery was supposed to be on Oct. 27, but due to my elevated bilirubin it got cancelled. 
I am very greatful though, that my surgeons office caught it and had me take a few extra steps to see what the heck was wrong with me. It was cool though, I got to meet 2 new more wonderful doctors. Well all I can do is leave my faith, hope, and dreams up to my God. I hope to see everyone soon on the loosers side. Wish me luck and PLEASE keep me in your prayers.
