Wow!  It's been a long time since I got on here, but need some help and knew where to turn.  First off I have been experiencing a headache on the right half of my head from the nexk to the forehead.  Has any one else had a problem like this and could it be a defiecentcy of some type.  Also I am struggling with a wait gain of about 15 lbs.  Help!  Thanks, Sue

I am really pleased with my progress so far.  I am down a total of 50lbs and I went shopping last week and bought a very tight pair of size 8 jeans.  Didn't want to buy bigger, because my size has been changing monthly or more often.  Besides they were only 9 bucks.  WOW!  on the price and size.  I was in a eighteen/twenty before.  Most of the time I am able to eat what ever I decide to have which is usually protein with some fresh vegies or fruit.  Last night though I went to a picnic and made what I thought were good choices and after 4 bites I knew I was in trouble.  I had the foamies and got sick on the way home.  That passed and then I had heartburn in the night. Don't know what was up with that!  Thanks everyone for being there for me!
