"They have several different product types. You can get single serving bottles, 3lb tubs, and soon they are offering single serve packets. They offer Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry, Orange Cream, and Vanilla. I have tried all flavors and they are all good. It is great for diabetics because there is very little sugar. It also has 28 grams of protine in each 8 oz shake."
