Leapt off the wagon last night, but feeling a million times better today!!!!!!!!!!

One day very soon, i'll sit down and set all this up, today is not that day though!
I'm new to OH and it's been great so far.
Right now, i'm on a liquid pre-op diet to lose 50 lbs as advised by my surgeon, Garth Davis.
He's advise 4 low carb slim fast shakes a day and water!
Yeah, i'm having a Heck of a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
