When I spoke to Robin(nurse) on the phone she made me feel like she cared about me and my decision. My husband and I traveled 7+ hours to visit with Dr. Tersigni. We both immediatly liked the entire office staff! My husband being very worried about the surgery had all of our questions answered completly! We both learned more about the surgery and feel like we made the right decision on a doctor. Dr. Tersigni explained risks and possible complications. The life changes I am making was described in detail. His staff is very well informed and very helpful. I am very happy with my decision!

Dr. Tersigni seems to be a great guy and surgeon. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good solid program and have their own support group for aftercare. All patients that I have spoken with in the waiting room have also been pleased with their experiences with Dr. Tersigni and his staff.

Dr. Tersigni is a highly regarded professional in his field and during the application process, right up to literally wheeling me into the operating room, ever time staff asked who my doctor was and I said Tersigni they immediately went into raves about him, how well regarded he was and how he teaches all over the country doing the Lap Band as well.rnrnOHSU, where I was originally going to have my surgery at (too expensive for self pay tho) also said the same thing about him.rnrnI would say that it would be nice for him to have a little warmer bed side manner. He's certainly not rude or abrupt but lacked the kind of warmness I like to receive when facing a (scary to me) operation. I have heard that he is a little shy so this could explain that behavior but a little more empathy and a few secs more by the patient's bed side, even just patting them on the arm would make them feel a lot better, imho.rnrnOverall though, he did an amazing job and I highly recommend him and Bay Bariatrics if anyone is considering bariatric surgery. I had the LapBand but they also perform other bariatric surgery there too.rnrnAlso thanks to his clinic staff, especially Mindi and Robin who literally got me a first appointment, education class, paperwork in order and had me booked and then the surgery done in less than 5 weeks. Amazingly quick and they were always very receptive and quick to get back to you on the phone. Lovely people, very professional and accomodating in any way that they could be.

I have been very pleased with the surgeon and the program. Robin is bariatric cordinator, always available and helpful. AJ is the PA does fills in the office, and is in the OR for procedures. The best thing I can say for all of them is they listen to my thoughts, are open minded and able to individualize my care. This is very refreshing to find in medicine!

My Doctor and his staff have been amazing, they are very supportive, they listen to each and every concern and they will explain everything in detail to your understanding. They will be truthful in telling you the best way of getting the result you are looking for. I have stayed at 190's to 200 when my goal is to reach 150. I have seen my dr. every month and restarted a new workout program. I see a dietition in between visits to keep me in track at least I am not gaining. I began at 368 and maintained this weight for two and a half years post pardum. i want a tummy tuck. I highly reccommend Dr. Tersigni, his aftercare support has me always looking foreward in achieving my goal without his help at one time I was feeling like a failure and almost gave up and was sure I would have gained weight back which is very scary to me.
