9. both great. he really make sure is patients are well taken care of at the hospitals. and will question the staff compentence.

He was very soft spoken,I was nervous around him like I had a crush on him or something it was funny. But he told me everything I needed to know before I had a chance to ask my questions, so I felt dumbfounded when I was looking at my notes on the questions I was going to ask him.
And he has a very friendly smile. his office is very nice and professional, and he does have a aftercare program, and he did address the risk of the surgery and he drew a picture of what he was going to do to my stomach.I would rate Dr. Carlos Ferarri on a scale from 1 thur 10 he is a 10 !

My first impression of Dr. Ferrari was that he was very, very quiet. I learned that is only because he wants to listen first, then give his input. He turned out to be very caring and attentive. His staff is wonderful as well. As far as aftercare is concerned, he requires that all his patients attend support group meetings for at least four weeks. I am very happy about that because you learn alot about what it is that you are going through.
He was very thorough about surgery and the risks involved. He told my husband and myself that I could die due to complications. But he further reassured me that he would do all in his power to prevent that from happening.

9/17/03 - First visit with Dr. Ferrari. I found him to be very plain spoken, but very informative. I saw him at the NeWeigh office in Houston, Texas. The NeWeigh staff is so nice. I appreciated them putting me at ease on my first visit. I look forward to a rewarding relationship from this. Will post more as I progress to the losing side.

Dr. Ferrari seemed very nice and asked to meet my husband which I thought showed concern for my emotional support. His staff was above reproach. She was kind and never made me feel as if I should be ashamed of myself. I didn't like that I had to go early in the morning to fill out paperwork leave for 4 hours and then come back for a 15 min. consult. I lived nearly 2 hours away. I think they could work on that. I still have another visit with the Dr. so he can meet my husband and I think he will go into after care more. He did talk about the need for life time support group. I will update more as I get to know him better.

I met Dr. Ferrari for the first time and he was straight to the point and answered my questions. He was very confident of what my results will be after the surgery. That relieved some of my fears. His staff is wonderful, no matter how many times I called Blanca in one day she was always the same(smile). I really appreciate their attitudes because this is a stressful time for me.Thanks Guys. I've taken all of my test except for the sleep apnea...and then I guess I shall have a date...
