I was overallvery happy with all the staff and Dr.Schreiber at St. Vincent Charity.
They always answered m questions and where honest with telling me the risks envolved. The also stressed the importance of aftercare.

Dr. Sonpaul was very professional and genuinely concerned about my personal situation. We discussed in length my problems and he gave me some programs to follow to insure a successful surgery.
The office staf is very friendly and concerned as well.

It has been some time sence first meet but he know his what he is doing and has keep me VERY INFORM AND UPDATED. I think the support group is the best idea. I do know some people do not need the support but I did and still need the Help.

My first impression of Dr Sonpal-I couldn't of picked a better doctor. He seemed very concerned for my health and answered all my questions. My husband who went with me to my consult also liked him.

I had my consultation on Feb. 12 with Dr. Sonpal. I was quite please with him. He answered all of my questions,and believe me I had a lot of them. He didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time, like some Dr.'s do. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Even took out pictures of how the surgery is done and explained the whole procedure to me.
The staff was busy but very efficient. Each person had a job to do and did it without hesitation.

I liked him immediately, he was very warm and funny. He made sure I understood what was going to happen, and liked the fact that I was well researched in the surgery. The office staff was great, all very friendly and warm. Basically, I'm on hold until the insurance approval comes through, but they explained the whole process to me and I have a good idea of how things are going to happen.

I thought Dr Schreiber was professional and to the point. He did not talk down to me at all. Hhe allowed me to ask whatever questions I had.

I was given Dr. Schreiber's name from a co-worker who had the operation. He chose not to go with Dr. Schreiber because of his long wainting list and opted to have his surgery done in Columbus. I hate driving so I decided to try Dr. Schreiber. Boy am I gald. He and his staff are very professional in their approach to making the patient feel comfortable and well informed before the surgery. All questions were answered in a timely manner and all phone calls returned within the same day. I would recomend Dr. Schreiber and his staff to anyone considering this type of weight loss program.
