Plymouth General Surgery Bariatric Center

I met with Dr. Koren in August, and thought this Doctor is to good to be true. I never had a Doctor take so much time and explain the Roux-en-Y Gastric bypass.
I went to the support meetings and was very imprested to see him there. He treats every one with respect. His staffs was very nice and do what they can to help. Mandy helped me with all my testing and she fells more like a friend every time we talk.

Dr. Koren has been extremely wonderful to work with. My husband was totally against the surgery when we went for the consultation. Dr. Koren was very understanding, patient and informative. Even at our first WLS meeting, Dr. Koren took the time to speak with my husband one on one to address his questions and concerns. We have also been working with Mandy Nyce, the Bariatric Coordinator at Easton Hospital. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. They have been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Koren's bedside manner is fantastic - it is very un-surgeon like. When you talk with him, he doesn't make you feel like a fat person - but just a person. Thank you for that!
