Anna Ibele Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

I was seeing Ibele over a year ago for bariatric surgery. Needless to say her, and her office pissed me off and I completely gave up. While I was seeing her she Diagnosed me with Barrett's Esophogus then had another so called doctor confirm it. Plus she claimed that my Nissen wrap had slipped up above my diaphragm. She was wrong on both counts ( I have pictures to prove it)and I could care less about my health now after dealing with ibele. I wouldn't care if I was in need of emergency brain surgery I would NEVER GO TO THE U again for any reason.

Excellent surgeon. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything turns out ok. Before my surgery, she came to see me before her meeting with the staff to see how I was doing. She visited a couple of times while I was in the hospital to check up on me, although I was out of it much of the time.

I had knee surgery on Aug 15 and she messaged my knee surgeon to see if he thought if Sept 20 would be ok for a surgical date for my RnY. That date was too soon after my knee surgery and it could cause problems with the recovery of my knee. Needless to say, My surgery was on Oct 10 and my knee felt great.

IF I had to do it all over again, I would want Dr. Ibele as my surgeon. My husband is getting the RnY done as well and he liked how Dr. Ibele treated me and is going to request her for his surgeon.
