His office staff is very supportive. The
director of his staff is also a patient.
It is great to deal directly with someone
who has had the operation and knows what all the
repricussions of the surgery are.

The program is very structured and has a full after
care program. The surgeons are very careful about
who they operate on. They even make you go through
a psychological screening.

So far Dr. Ritter has made me very comfortable about
my surgery and some of the things that I will
need to do. He has been there to answer all of my
questions, and his staff has done everything in
dealing with my insurance. I am very positive about
having my surgery.
