Dr. Chua seemed to me to be very thoughtful of me. He listened intently, let me ask a lot of questions, and answered them to my satisfaction. He took a lot of time with me I feel and did not rush me or ask me insignificant questions. I had a little trouble with the office staff because of a mistaken procedure. I am not from Milwaukee so other arrangments had to be made to do the pre-op tests. We really didn't talk about longterm care after surgery, but I have gotten a lot of information already and am getting prepared myself. Dr. Chua did talk to me about the different surgeries and the risks involved. I have only had the one experience with the doctor at the initial visit so I can't really tell that much but I am 41 years old and have been to many physicians and have had many surgeries and Dr. Chua has made a great impression on me for his attentiveness, kindness, willing to listen, not just talk to me. I think this will be a good experience. At this time I trust him and would recommend him to people to come to talk to about this surgery.

My first appointment is scheduled for Jan. 13, 2000.
My husband, Dale, and I were both extremely impressed with Dr. Choa. He was informative, direct, answered all our questions so that we could understand completely. He is a very friendly man and i feel comfortable with him.
His staff is wonderful! They are also very friendly and outgoing. I feel no hesitation to call them with any questions that may arise in the future.
Regarding aftercare, we discussed it with him and have a much better understanding of what direction that is going to take.We did not discuss this as much as I would have liked and I am not sure if he has a structured aftercare or not.
He was very open and direct regarding any risks this surgery involves.
I think God has placed me in good hands. This is only a first impression, but I pray I am right!
