well on preadmission day 2 days before surgery I was asked for my copay and some of my deductable , I refused to pay and did not pay simply because I was never told by anyone that I had to , and yes I did ask my BTC rep and yes I asked the insurnace reps for Btc I was told That I will be billed, well of course the reception lady did not like that but she had to deal with it because my surgery went on as planned my outofpocket is high but hey theres a payment plan ...... was told outofpocket with copay is 3,500 we will see .......I suposedly have to pay 40 % but I am trying to get the insurance to pay more

Nurses and nurses aides seemed totally unaware of each others actions. Was kept awake constantly by one or the other coming into room at all hours, even after the other one had just left. Many dont even knock. Finally had to ask them to put a sign on my door and just leave me alone for 2 hours. Then fire alarms started going off.

One of the nurses had the surgery back in Sept and had lost 60 lbs and was very supportive

I have nothing but praise for BTC of Wylie. The staff was great, the care was yhe best you could ask for. I never wanted for a thing. They stayed on top of my pain. On a scsle of 1-10 I'd give them a 12 !!!!

Where do I begin? From the staff to the entire structure of the hospital; everything is top-notch.
When was the last time you were sad to leave a hospital? Well, when I left BTC in Wylie, I was sad....'nuf said!
