I recivied the best care ever.everyone there was so nice...I was very impressed
I even had fresh Flowers in my room When I got there that morning!

It was clean and the staff treated me very well and I feel that I was given the very best of medical care. This is their specialty and they are equiped to handle most any emergency. My surgeon started out in Trauma so I thought he would be able to handle any situation.

Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon and her team, to the nurses and all other personnel were friendly, helpful, understanding and ready to do whatever it took to make you comfortable.

Sometimes when I'd call the nurse it would take awhile to get a response.

I will recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking of having a RNY. Even if you live far away, it is worth the drive, I personally live 2 hours away and I am still happy that this was the facility that I chose.

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE TAKEN ALL MY NURSES HOME WITH ME .. THEY WERE WONDERFUL ... IT WAS JUST AMAZING TO ME ... THEY HAD NO THOUGHT FOR YOUR SIZE.. THEY JUST TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS ... THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO BUT THEY SEEMED TO WANT TO BE LIKE THAT .. JUST GOOD PEOPLE ...I THANK GOD FOR THEM THEY WATCHED OVER ME WELL AND I FEEL I AVOIDED SOME COMPLICATIONS BECAUSE OF THEIR METICULOUS CARE....THE HOSPITAL IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN.. HAS BEAUTIFUL PICTURES HUNG ALL DOWN THE HALL THAT YOU ENJOY AS YOU DO YOUR WALKING... THEY HAVE LARGE BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS.. AND THE CHAIRS IN EACH ROOM ARE VERY OVERSIZED AND THAT WAS SO NICE ...THEY ALLOWED VISITORS MOST ANY TIME AND MY HUSBAND STAYED WITH ME 24/7

My husband was so impressed he had his surgery there as well, even though the insurance didn't cover his costs as much as they did mine.

The BTC in Wylie is the perfect place for the RNY surgery. B/C that is all they do there.
