I give them a 99%. I did have 2 nurses the same day that did not impress me at all, I'll just leave it at that. To the hospital's crdit, they did a post-op and pre-release survey... and when I explained the problem I had had they said they will have an education session for nurses in the procedure that had been troublesome for me...

It was wonderful. From the office staff to the hospital staff, nurses and doctors. I could not have asked for a better experience.

A very good experience overall marred only by one nurse on the medsurg floor who was inattentive, apathetic and borderline incompetent. The rest were great, making that one stand out.

I have been in many other hospitals. I was very negative going in because I have never had a good experience. The staff and the entire facility was incredible. I wasn't a 'patient' I was a person. They allowed me to sleep and were very, very kind and considerate.

The surgeon, operating room and ICU staff were awesome. The aftercare was lacking a bit in communicating things to the next "shift". Only 2 twelve hour shifts for nursing staff during aftercare. Overall I love this hospital and would highly recommend it!
