the hospital was verry clean. the nurses were quick to respond to you call. they were verry helpful for when wanting to get out of bed, they were verry cuteous

If my room had been located further from the nurses station, I feel that my stay would have been much more comfortable. Otherwise, it was great.

on Nov 7 ,2007 I was coming home from Chicago IL and wasnt feeling well so I call surgeons office told the nurse what was going on she told me to go to hospital the nurse on the floor remebered me me from my by pass and tummy tuck and you dont find that in many hospitals I wish Des Moines was as caring and helpful in their hospitals in grinellyour not a number you are a person

I LOVE THE NURSES THAT I HAD THE WEEKEND I WAS THERE. THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND DIDN'T PUSH THINGS TO THE EXTREME WHICH WAS VERY NICE BUT THEN AGAIN I AM A PERSON THAT CAN'T BE IN BED ALL THE TIME SO I WAS UP DURING THE NIGHT WALKING WITH MY NURSES

I was VERY impressed with this being a small hospital. Lots of staff, very helpful. Great people.

Very nice people and every aspect was fitting for big people from chairs in waiting rooms to beds to showers and bathrooms. Did not feel like I had to squish into anything.
