I have never stayed in a hospital where I felt like the staff REALLY cared about me until here.

I was impressed at how well equiped this hospital is for the needs of obese patients. I was also impressed with the nurses aid that helped me bathe.

I have never had a better experience anywhere. Every single person I dealt with throughout my surgery, 5 days in ICU and 2 more days on the floor was absolutely fantastic. The nurses, the aides, lab people, pulminary people, x-ray techs, transfer techs, dietician, etc. , everyone was fantastic. Very friendly, caring, helpful. I never encountered anyone with less than a positive, caring, friendly attitude. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital

I don't think I ran into a nurse or staff member there that I wouldn't have loved to take home with me.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful and caring treatment I was given, before and after surgery. WLS is a specialization of this facility.

The staff are wonderful....They really take care of you and listen to what your needs are. They were always there to help when you needed something.

The nurses all work 12 hour shifts. This is good for patient care in the fact that the same 2 people care for you, but bad in the fact that you can tell when they are nearing the end of their shift and getting very tired.
The night shift wasn't as quick to answer my call light, but they were a very very nice group of people.

I would go there again. The pre-op treaching was very good. the post op teaching prepared you for home.
