Holy Cross Hospital (COE) Hospital
Had my first surgery done here 12/4/2002.. Was done wrong had problems from day 1 that no one listen too even surgeron who said it was my fault I had stretched out my pouch. 12 yrs later found out wasn't my fault at all but the surgeron who did it. Also found out that the one I thought was doing my surgery was not. He was training at the same time let the trainee do the surgery. Hospital was great had no problems with them at all. They did their jobs took great care of me.
Older, but clean. Everything an overweight person needed. Gowns were large, wheelchairs just the right size. This was a really great place to have surgery. Would go there again if I had too..
I wasn't given a buzzer to call the nurse. When I awoke and needed a nurse, I had to call my father (the phone was there, but the buzzer was not) and ask him to call the hospital and ask for someone to come into my room!
There were several times I rang for the nurse and no one came. At one point, after waiting 15 minutes, I got out of bed, walked to the nurses station where 3 nurses were chatting. I said "do you hear that sound? that's me ringing for a nurse"! Shameful!
