Inland Valley Medical Center Hospital

It was very clean and well maintained. The nursing staff was for the most part very nice and good at what they do. The noise outside the rooms at night is really bad. They use a very loud floor cleaner and roll carts that are very squeaky. WD-40 is cheap and easy to use! I think even in the very best hospital the patient can't wait to get home.

The staff and care was excellent! My personal RN, was so caring and sweet. This hospital offer private rooms, which was nice, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I was thankful to have to stay in those beds only two nights. The parking was difficult, since the hospital was under construction and parking lots were used for this construction. Hopefully they have a plan for more parking. If you arrive early in the day, you can park across the street, along the street, with not too far of a walk. Otherwise, it is quite a ways away to park.

The only real issue I had with the facility was the bed I was given for my room. I am 6'2" and the bed seemed to be for a shorter person. I have knee problems and constantly had to hang my legs off the side of the bed for comfort. Unfortunately, this becomes a safety issue and does need to be addressed
