I cannot say enough about the professionalism, compassion, knowledge, kindness of EVERY staff level.

All the staff was very helpful. There were problems with my iv and beeping with the monitor that was annoying, It was difficult to sleep, but that is not the hospitals fault, that is just basic things after surgery and a stay in the hospital. It was boring, They charge for TV, it isn't a hotel people.

Overall the accomodations were great, but there wasn't consistent care from all NA's, I did complain and it was addressed right away. The RN's were stretched too thin amongst too many patients, in my opinion.

This hospital was very clean. There was no dust anywhere, not on the blinds, windowsills, air vents. There was a definate focus on patient care, I felt safe, and that is a big deal. I knew I was being well taken care of.

The b=nursing staff was phenominal and everyone in the bariatric unit had a private bedroom. It was excellent.

If I ever needed to go the a hospital again, it would be Sister's. The hospitals in the Niagara Falls area are out-dated and dirty. The workers are not as friendly as Sisters. Sisters is number one in my opinion!

I was very comfortable there and would definitely go there by choice in future if need arose

I stayed in a sparkling clean new suite. The staff was responsive. I recommend this COE to anyone in the Western NY/Northern PA area.
